SUMMARY:Morrison Meadow Clearing
DESCRIPTION:Please join the Acton Land Stewards on Tuesday October  29\, 2019 10AM to 1PM (sorry for the very short notice\, and a weekday at that) as we clear brush growing in along the edge of the meadow at Morrison Farm.  Tasks include: Hauling brush and logs out of the meadow; Cutting down small trees which the mower can not reach; Removing rocks which have rolled off the stone walls into the meadow; and Chainsawing to clear big downed trees. (Only town employees with training are allowed to use chainsaws) Please bring work gloves\, pruning loppers\, and bow saws.  Expect some poison ivy and briers.
