SUMMARY:Plant Milkweed at Canoe Launch
DESCRIPTION:Please help the Monarchs recover by planting a patch of Common Milkweed and Butterflyweed at the Acton Canoe Launch. We will be digging out the invasive plants in our patch and bringing in some loam and compost before planting seed from these two native milkweeds. There will probably be a lot of rocks to remove also. Please bring work gloves\, shovel\, and drinking water\, and contact me so I know how many volunteers to expect.
